Peter A. MacMillan

Peter MacMillan is engaged in the general practice of law, primarily in the areas of workers’ compensation, general civil litigation, criminal defense, real estate, business planning and business operations. He has served as a municipal prosecutor for the City of Crystal since 1984. Previously, he was a shareholder for a number of years with Rosenthal, Rondoni & MacMillan, Ltd., and its successor, Rondoni, MacMillan & Schneider, Ltd. He co-founded MacMillan & Wallace, PLLP, in 2002.

Michele R. Wallace

J.D., University of Hawaii School of Law, 1987

Michele Wallace works in the areas of family law, criminal defense and prosecution, general civil litigation, collections and consumer credit. She is a trained mediator for family and civil disputes, and was honored as the 2017 Volunteer of the Year for her work with Community Mediation and Restorative Services, Inc. She has served as a municipal prosecutor for the City of Crystal since 2000. Ms. Wallace began her career as Clerk for the Chief Justice of the Hawaii Supreme Court. She has been a public defender, was in solo practice, was of counsel at Oppenheimer, Wolff & Donnelly, and was an associate at Rondoni, MacMillan & Schneider, Ltd.

Jennifer L. Athanases

Jennifer Athanases is a two-year (2012 and 2013) recipient of the Five Star Wealth Manager award and a 4-year (2014, 2016, 2017 and 2018) recipient of the Five Star Financial Services Professional Award now known as the Five Star Investment Professional Award as featured in TwinCities Business and Mpls St. Paul magazines for providing quality client service in the area of estate planning.

Jennifer holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and successfully passed the CPA exam in Illinois before beginning her legal career. Jennifer practices in the areas of wills, trusts, estate planning, elder law, probate and real estate. She also assists individuals establishing non-profit and for-profit corporations, foundations and other business entities. Jennifer is active in several committees of the Elder Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association, and she gives talks on a variety of topics, including elder law and estate planning.

Jennifer A. Williams

Jennifer Williams is licensed to practice in both Minnesota and Montana. Her practice primarily focuses on the areas of real estate, oil and gas, wills, probate, court disputes, criminal law (prosecution and defense) and mental health law. She began her career as a commercial escrow officer and underwriter for a nationally ranked title company. Before beginning in private practice with MacMillan, Wallace & Athanases, PLLC, she served as a judicial staff attorney in the First Judicial District of Minnesota. Jennifer is a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice. In addition, she is also a member of Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers and aspires to help bridge the gap between mental health and the court system.
