I think the trouble with advertising now is that there&#039;s an idea it&#039;s not enough to sell the product, you have to sell a &#039;lifestyle&#039;. Oliver James says some interesting stuff about this in his book &#039;Affluenza&#039; (though be warned the book is a bit long-winded!)</description>
